The role

You’ll work on our live mobile games that are already played by hundreds of thousands of players every day. Your job is to keep them fun, fresh, and healthy: shipping updates, running events, improving systems, and iterating based on real player behavior.This is very hands-on Unity work in a live-ops environment. You’ll touch gameplay, UI, events, monetization, and performance. You’ll get to see the results of your work in production quickly.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ship regular updates for live Unity games
  • Create and iterate on live-ops features (events, missions, offers, seasonal content)
  • Improve player engagement and retention
  • Work closely with product, backend, UA, and QA to ship safely and often
  • Integrate and evolve monetization features (IAPs, ads, offers)
  • Use analytics and experiments to guide decisions
  • Keep the client stable and fast across a wide range of devices
  • Rework existing code and improve our tech

What we’re looking for

  • Strong professional experience with Unity and C#
  • Experience working on live mobile games
  • Solid understanding of mobile performance and production constraints
  • A pragmatic mindset: shipping player-visible improvements regularly
  • Comfortable collaborating across disciplines
  • Very strong English skills (spoken and written)

Nice to have

  • F2P / casual or idle game experience
  • Familiarity with live-ops systems, analytics, and remote configuration
  • Experience with monetization (IAPs, rewarded ads, interstitials)
  • Experience with common mobile SDKS (Firebase, AppLovin, Singular, …)
  • Backend-driven features
  • Mentoring or informal technical leadership experience
