Community Manager (part-time role)

We are looking for an amazing Community Manager to join our team at Lessmore.
This is a full-remote role that can be performed from the EU or UK (must have valid working permit already).

General

• Part-time role – 25h/week.
• Flexible hours as agreed with our Junior Community Manager and Product Owner.
• 15 GBP/hour or 18 EUR/hour (currency depending on location).
• Full remote work position.

Role

• Assist players by responding to support emails, and app store reviews.
• Work with QA and the development team to investigate and resolve player issues.
• Moderate our community platforms.
• Collect community feedback to improve our games.
• Full remote position.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills. Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
• Positive and can do attitude.
• Previous experience with customer support or community management is a plus.
• An understanding of online community platforms.
• Based in the EU or UK (right to work).
